NOW HIRING:
Operations and Administrative Coordinator
Part-Time (15-20 hours/week)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Wilson Forward Operations and Administrative Coordinator, the individual will oversee the administrative processes of the organization. The Operations and Administrative Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director and Associate Director to ensure that the scope and direction of all work is progressing as needed.

 

Responsibilities – In consultation with the Executive Director and Associate Director:

Administrative

  • Maintain organizational files and documents

  • Manage contact organization system (NeonCRM)

  • Distribute and manage annual fundraising materials

  • Maintain list of community events for board members and Wilson Forward team

  • Assist with preparation of materials and manage logistics for Board meetings and Annual Meeting

  • Perform general administrative and financial reporting support

 

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate educational background/experience (Bachelor’s Degree, preferred)

  • Proven work experience in relevant areas of responsibility

  • Solid technical background

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and social networking
