In December of 2012, Paula joined Wilson Forward.  She led the transition from Wilson Forward’s beginning role as a visionary council to a strong backbone organization that currently supports numerous partnerships and collaborations in Wilson.  

 

Paula has held advocacy and leadership roles in numerous organizations, and she has developed strong relationships with local, regional, and statewide partners.  Through these endeavors and her affiliations with several associations and groups, she has worked on issues and opportunities in education, workforce development, and health and wellness.

 

Before moving to Wilson in 2000, Paula began her career as a CPA with Ernst & Young and then worked with SAS Institute in Cary, NC.  She holds a BS degree in Business Administration and a BA degree in Economics.
