App/Online Based Mental Health Resource Guide
Community partners linked through the Wilson Wellness Collaborative are identifying ways to promote, protect, and care for mental health. Mental health apps and online resources provide a way to access meditation sessions and contact healthcare professionals to discuss the effects of life changes and environment on a person’s mental health.
While these are not a replacement for professional care, there are many helpful mental health apps and online resources out there to support a variety of needs, disorders, goals, and more. Most resources are free to download but may require a subscription to access all of the features.
